1. Introduction

These terms govern all advertising services provided by The RD Magazine, a media entity based in Pakistan.

By submitting an ad request or purchasing advertising space, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Ad Content Guidelines

  • Advertisements must comply with PEMRA regulations and Pakistan Penal Code provisions.
  • Content must not include hate speech, obscenity, false claims, or material harmful to minors.
  • All health-related or pharmaceutical ads must carry disclaimers as per DRAP guidelines.

3. Approval & Placement

  • All ads are subject to editorial review.
  • Placement preferences are honored where possible but not guaranteed.
  • We reserve the right to reject ads that conflict with our editorial values or community standards.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted methods: Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash
  • Invoices unpaid after 10 days of issuance may result in ad cancellation without refund.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days before the scheduled publishing date.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days, minus a 10% processing fee.

6. Liability & Indemnity

  • The advertiser assumes full responsibility for content accuracy and legality.
  • The RD Magazine is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from ad performance or misrepresentation.

7. Data & Privacy

  • Advertiser data will be handled in accordance with Pakistan’s Personal Data Protection Bill.
  • No client data will be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
